Exhaust Riser Kits

These kits raise the level of the exhaust elbow to help prevent water from back-flowing
into the engine through the exhaust. Exhaust height is critical and special care must be taken
during engine installation to adhere to all factory recommendations.

Kits are sold "per engine". One kit will be enough for one engine unless you want to stack kits
for up to a maximum of 9" over normal elbow height.

Kits include all gaskets and mounting hardware. Some include accessory mounting plates if required.

You need to know what engine you have and what style of exhaust you have before ordering your kit(s).
You also need to know if your engine is raw water cooled or if it is closed (fresh water) cooled.
We no longer sell the rectangular kits for the older log-style manifolds.

NOTE: Stainless exhaust elbows should be updated to the new ceramic coated iron elbows.
Stainless exhaust elbows have been discontinued because they would not seal against the gasket properly.
Instead of purchasing this riser kit, we recommend that you buy ceramic coated iron elbows and get the proper
riser kit that fits the ceramic iron elbows.
NOTE: You will also need a down-pipe extension kit if using through-prop exhaust (see pipe kits below).
NOTE: You may also need a Riser Hose Kit so your hoses reach (see hose kits below).

Exhaust Down-Pipe Kits

These down-pipe extension kits are used for engines with through-prop exhaust.
They come extra long to work with the 6" Riser Kits and you are only using 3" Riser Kits
you will simply cut off the bottom 3" from the pipe.
